The hotel of choice in Reno. The room was spotless with a jacuzzi and had central heating, pay television and tea/coffee making equipment. It was decorated in the comfortable design.

Everything was perfect, including amiable staff and perfect location close to University of Reno. Got non-smoking, huge room on 19th floor. Our breakfasts were for a decent price.

The whole experience was very relaxing, nothing to complain about, couldn't recommend more. Good value, economical hotel with impeccable service. Adequate lighting. There also was handy parking and amazing pool. The beautiful beach was located near the property.

Gorgeous location for my purpose, spotlessly clean place. They recommended a simple restaurant for dinner. Beds were a bit too soft, but it was truly a luxurious stay. Friendliness from the whole staff. Stunning beach was located near the venue.

We loved our stay, and we do recommend the hotel. A really cute property in the picturesque location with very polite staff. The service was amazing, breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Excellent tea and coffee in the pizza bar, perfect parking place. Near the beach that was good.

Lovely looking and decent room, very nice area. Professional staff kept the whole place fairly clean. Breakfasts were WONDERFUL, always with lots of meals. Central location, not too far away from a walking trail.

Funny staff, comfortable stay, large bedroom. The continental breakfast option was delicious. All in all everything was excellent, even so we had uncomfortable bathroom. It was near the rocky beach.

Decent rooms, complimentary breakfast with plenty of food, competent staff. Superb view from the window, comfy bed. Ideal location, 30 minutes' drive from Reno-Tahoe International airport. Personalized service an in-house restaurant onsite.

The location - quiet and the staff - courteous, the bed was large. Antique style hotel with antique furniture in the rooms. Perfect service throughout the property. Cool drinks, fine wifi were a nice surprise.
